Terms & Conditions

To ensure everything runs smoothly, here’s what you need to know:

• Location Restrictions: The event must be held within Manchester, Lincolnshire, or surrounding areas (within a 30-mile radius). Events outside this area may incur travel fees.

• Parking Requirements: If your venue is located within a city centre or does not offer on-site parking, additional costs will apply to cover parking charges or tickets.

• Prize Validity: The prize is valid for one event.

• Wheel of Names: All entries will be automatically added to an online raffle, where the winner will be randomly selected using the Wheel of Names.

• Subject to Availability: The prize is subject to our availability on your chosen date. If we are unavailable, we will explore alternative date options with you. However, if no suitable date can be agreed upon, the prize will be forfeited, and the winner will be reselected through a redraw using the Wheel of Names.

• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• How to Claim: The winner will be contacted via the social media handle they comment with and must confirm their booking within a 2 week timeframe. Failure to respond may result in forfeiting the prize.
